Banfield Referral Program
Once you sign an offer with Banfield, you are eligible to start submitting referrals. If a Veterinarian or Veterinary Technician you referred joins the practice, you can receive up to $25,000 per full-time Veterinarian and $10,000 per full-time Veterinary Technician hire.* (There’s no limit to how many submissions you are eligible to receive a bonus for!)
Student Debt Relief
Eligible doctors receive a monthly stipend of $150 paid directly to a loan principal.*
If you completed a Student Job Program or Externship with Banfield, you can also receive a $2,500 payment for each program completed (up to $10,000 total).*
