About Daniella

Hello! My name is Daniella and I am from Upstate NY. I started working for Banfield as a DVM recruiter in October 2022. When I am not working, I enjoy spending my time with family, friends, and most importantly—my two rescue dogs! I have a two-year-old pitty mix and a boxer/shepherd mix who is almost a year old. I also enjoy fostering and volunteering at rescues/shelters.

I essentially chose to work for Banfield because of my dogs! They are a huge part of my life, and I know other people feel the same way about their pets. I feel passionate about recruiting veterinarians because I know I am helping to staff hospitals with doctors who are not only skilled but also passionate about creating A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS!

What's your favorite part of working for Banfield?

My favorite part of working for Banfield is the relationships I have been able to form with the Doctors. Whether it is Associates in the hospitals or DVM candidates, I am truly grateful for these relationships! They have all been able to teach me so much and I love hearing their stories.
