About Kaitlyn

Hi, I'm Kaitlyn! I've worked in recruitment for 6 years with a background in healthcare, tech, and agency recruiting. I just moved to Nashville, TN from Pittsburgh, PA due to my husband starting medical residency at Vanderbilt University. We've been married since 2021 and have two pets, a 7-year old cat named Lapo, and a 4-year old dog named Remi. Both are rescues and bring so much joy to our lives! I've been a loyal customer of Banfield for over four years, and I've always been impressed with the exceptional care they've provided to my pets. This personal experience makes me grateful to work for Banfield and contribute to hiring veterinary technicians who share the same dedication to pet care. I'm eager to help ensure that other pet owners receive the same high-quality care and attention that I've come to appreciate.

I enjoy working for Banfield because of the positive, supportive, and collaborative culture that exists throughout the organization at all levels. I know I can reach out to any of my colleagues and business partners and they are willing to lend a helping hand to provide me with the help I need.
