About Jill

I began recruiting in the late 1990s in the high tech sector. Since then I've worked for several private and public, not-for-profit and for-profit organizations ranging in size from a few hundred to over 20,000 employees. I am grateful for and enjoy having the opportunity to help people and organizations find one another. It's an incredibly rewarding position.

What's your favorite part of working for Banfield?

As an organization within the Mars family of companies, Banfield plays an important role within a global, private organization that truly cares about people. We have the resources and principles to do good for pets, pet owners, our Associates, and society. That means so much to me as a person and a pet lover.
