Salary Range: $69,073 - $94,975 (depending on experience & location)

Summary and Qualifications:
Maintain, update and build contact center outbound dialing lists to maximize Optimum Wellness Plan (OWP) enrollments & payments.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support new OWP operations & marketing strategies for contact center.
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and OGSM’s involving Wellness Plan products and services, Contact Center Finances, and inContact Metrics.
- Provide metric assistance for the Contact Center Management and teams.
- Support efforts to enhance OWP research, analytics, insights and analysis.
- Interact with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Identify, report, and make recommendations on improvement opportunities.
- Build automated processes and manage data pipelines for Contact Center data in the Voyager Data Lake.
- Create new consumable tables and PowerBI Semantic models from Voyager Data Lake.
- Document new and existing processes with high detail.
- Perform adhoc analyses for contact center initiatives.
- Develop complex datasets utilizing SQL for use in Contact Center reports / Build, manage and maintain automated SQL processes for Contact Center data.
- Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Understand, identify and track KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Special Working Conditions:
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
- Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job.
- Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently.
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate (lift, carry, move) up to 50 pounds.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate necessary equipment.
- The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate.
- Environment where pets are present.
Experience, Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing or a related field is required, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Three years of management reporting experience with a demonstrated capability to learn data warehouse concepts, relational database structures, data marts, SQL functions/procedures and BI platforms, including visualization, are required.
- Experience with PowerBI (or Tableau) and Excel is required.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, ETL Tools and Cosmos DBs in a Data Lake environment is required.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with the ability to see “big picture” by dependably generating accurate and actionable insights from large datasets are required.
- Enhanced knowledge and skills in statistical analysis and predictive modeling with Python or R are preferred.
- Advanced analytics and ML skills are preferred.
- Microsoft Suite and Oracle database skills are preferred.
